SupaKera guarantees delivery in under 60 minutes from the moment your order is confirmed. Our smart routing engine dispatches the nearest Kera Rider instantly. In most cases, orders arrive in 30–45 minutes.

Yes! SupaKera supports multi-merchant carts. Add items from different stores and we will consolidate them into a single delivery — one Kera Rider, one trip, everything together.

Once your Kera Rider picks up your order, you'll receive a live map link via SMS and in the app. Your rider's location updates every 3 seconds so you always know exactly where they are.

If your delivery exceeds the 60-minute guarantee, you will automatically receive a credit to your SupaKera account. Our SLA dashboard monitors every order and our support team reaches out proactively.

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 minutes of placing it before a Kera Rider is assigned. After that, cancellations are handled by our support team on a case-by-case basis.

We currently operate in Accra, Kumasi, and Takoradi. We are actively expanding to additional Ghanaian cities — sign up for launch notifications on our website.
