A code for the handover
The recipient gives the rider a code that only they hold. No code, no handover, unless you've named someone else to receive it.

Sending to a workplace that uses Agoo? Reception can sign for it, then pass it on to the person it's for.
Returns that come back
If no one's there, we follow what you chose: wait, try later, or bring it back to you. A failed attempt is never marked delivered.
