What we collect on supakera.com, why, who handles it and for how long. When the SupaKera apps open, they'll come with their own full notice.

Who we are
SupaKera is operated by Nkonso Technologies Ltd, 10A Mega Street, Adenta Municipality, Accra, Ghana, as part of the Agoo family. For the information on this website, SupaKera decides how it's used, so we're responsible for it under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Write to us at hello@supakera.com.
What we collect, and why

We rely on your consent, which you give on each form, and on the steps you ask us to take before an agreement with you. You can withdraw your consent at any time; it doesn't affect what we did before.
Who handles it
- Agoo Forms, part of the Agoo family and also operated by Nkonso Technologies Ltd, runs the forms and keeps the answers for SupaKera, on our instructions only.
- Vercel (United States) serves the website's pages. It doesn't receive your form answers.
- The services Agoo Forms itself relies on are listed on Agoo's sub-processors page.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
Outside Ghana
Some of these providers keep information outside Ghana. When they do, we make sure it's protected to the standard Act 843 requires, through our agreements with them.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist details: until we've told you SupaKera is open in your area and for 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Applications: while we're talking with you, then 12 months if you don't go ahead, so we can answer questions about it.
- Server logs: a few weeks.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, stop us using or delete what we hold about you. Your data rights explains how, and how to complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission if you're not happy with our answer.
Children
The waitlist and applications are for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use what you've already given us, we'll tell you first.
