Who is responsible for what
Nkonso Technologies Ltd operates SupaKera and the Agoo products. They are separate services with separate documents, and they meet in a few clearly marked places:
- supakera.com and the information you give it (the waitlist and the applications) are SupaKera's. SupaKera's documents here apply, and SupaKera decides how that information is used.
- The forms on supakera.com run on Agoo Forms. Agoo Forms keeps the answers for SupaKera and follows SupaKera's instructions; it doesn't use them for anything of its own. If you build or answer forms on agooforms.com itself, Agoo Forms' own privacy notice and terms apply there.
- Agoo ID, the one account across the Agoo family, will sign you in to the SupaKera apps when they open. Your account itself is covered by Agoo's privacy notice; what you do in SupaKera stays under SupaKera's, and nobody at an Agoo workplace sees your SupaKera shopping or trips.
- Where SupaKera works with Agoo at work (deliveries signed for at an office reception, staff rides, gift cards bought by an employer), each side keeps only what it needs for its own part, and we say so at the moment it happens.
