These terms cover supakera.com. Shop, Send, Ride and gifts will each come with their own terms, shown before you use them.

Who runs it
supakera.com is run by Nkonso Technologies Ltd, which operates SupaKera as part of the Agoo family. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our acceptable use rules.
What the site is for
The site describes SupaKera and lets you join the waitlist or apply to sell, ride, deliver or drive with us. SupaKera isn't taking orders, deliveries or rides yet. Joining the waitlist or applying doesn't create an agreement, and doesn't mean we'll open in your area by a certain date or accept every application. Merchants and Kera partners agree their own terms with us before they start.
What we describe
We describe how SupaKera works and will work. Names, places and amounts in the pictures of our apps are examples, not real customers or orders. Prices, areas and features may change before and after we open; the terms and prices you see in the app when you book are the ones that apply.
The forms
The waitlist and applications run on Agoo Forms, part of the Agoo family. When you send one on supakera.com, these terms and SupaKera's privacy notice apply. Agoo Forms' own terms apply only if you use agooforms.com yourself, for example to build forms.
Our name and marks
The SupaKera name, the route mark, the Kera names and the site's design belong to Nkonso Technologies Ltd. The photos and films are licensed for our use. Please don't copy them, or use them in a way that suggests we endorse you, without asking.
Links to other sites
We link to other sites, including other Agoo products. Each has its own terms, and we're not responsible for sites we don't run.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana decide any dispute about them. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under Ghanaian law, including as a consumer.
