Your data rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask what we hold about you and have a say in how it's used. Here's how.

What you can ask
- See it: a copy of what SupaKera holds about you.
- Correct it: fix anything wrong or out of date.
- Stop it: ask us to stop using it, for example to stop messages about opening in your area.
- Delete it: remove you from the waitlist, or delete an application.
How to ask
Write to hello@supakera.com from the email address or phone number you gave us, and say what you'd like. If we can't tell it's you, we'll ask a simple question to check before we act, so no one else can see or delete your details. There's no charge.
How long it takes
We answer within 21 days. If a request is complicated, we'll tell you within those 21 days why we need longer and when you'll hear.
Not happy with our answer?
You can complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission, which oversees how organisations use personal information. We'd rather you tell us first, so we can put it right.
Your Agoo account
SupaKera's requests cover what SupaKera holds. Your Agoo ID account, and anything you do in other Agoo products, is covered by Agoo's own privacy notice, where you can download or delete it across the Agoo family. See SupaKera and Agoo for who is responsible for what.
